Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader for the role of Vice President, Consulting Services, to spearhead the strategic growth and operational excellence of our consulting division. This role involves shaping the consulting practice, building lasting client relationships, and delivering impactful solutions that meet and exceed business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Formulate and implement a forward-thinking strategy to position the consulting division as a market leader.
• Drive innovation and continuously refine service offerings to address evolving client needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align consulting goals with the companys overarching objectives.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships to drive client trust and business growth.
• Oversee the pursuit of new consulting engagements, from initial client discussions to deal closure.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting solutions with broader service portfolios.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to establish a high-performing consulting team.
• Create robust frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance service delivery quality and efficiency.
• Champion thought leadership through insights, publications, and industry engagement.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.
• Address complex project challenges and provide strategic solutions to drive client satisfaction.
• Focus on delivering measurable value and long-term business outcomes for clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
• 20+ years in consulting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in managing profit and loss responsibilities and achieving ambitious business goals.
• Extensive experience in IT or technology consulting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with C-suite executives.
• Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Expertise in managing large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of industries such as manufacturing, financial services, insurance, or energy is a significant advantage.
