Solution Architect Lead

• Responsible to lead multiple teams of Solution Architects cross multiple sites (onshore/offshore) for technical to assist project delivery.
• Responsible for the overall system design, technical solution and hand-on with development team to build the system.
• Manages activities that take place during solution ideation, solution high/low level design and solution implementation.
• Identify and build standards for application and system development guidelines, best practices, application templates to ensure the rules and process are executed.
• Communicates with the stakeholders on architecture designs, and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of IT standards.
• Main technical contact with customers to understand the requirements to evaluate business requirements and eventually derive with technology solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions with clients to present the proposed solution design and confirm detailed technical solutions for the system.
• Follow up, review, and ensure the implementations are aligned with proposed solutions.
• Ensure solutions are not designed for a single specific purpose, but to align more closely to the standard guidelines of technology solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in Solution Architect role or other information technology solutions architecture role, hands-on in system architecture and solution design.
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in leading a team of Solution Architects cross multiple sites (onshore/offshore) for technical solutioning to assist project delivery.
• Experience in critical mission system with multi millions of users, high load and near zero downtime and last mile delivery system.
• Experience in modern CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g. Git, Jenkins, Gradle, NPM, Maven).
• Experience in Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, Container as a Services), Serverless (AWS Lambda) and ChatGPT technologies.
• Experience in Maven, Gradle, Jenkins or AWS Code Pipeline, Nexus, Git, Git Process, Nginx, Kafka and Linkerd.
• Experience in designing system with microservice and containerization process.
• Strong experience in AWS, Azure, Java Springboot, NodeJS, Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Confluent and Saga Pattern.
• Hands-on experience on cloud (AWS or Azure) is mandatory. Having AWS or Azure cloud certification is preferred.
• Experience in Google ODRD or dispatching solution will be a good addition.
• Professional and consultative mindset with commitment for excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate & present well (both written and oral) in English. Communication in Vietnamese will be a good addition.
