We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive (APAC) to drive internal employee engagement initiatives, support external sales partnership events, and enhance the company's branding efforts. You will play a vital role in creating engaging content, designing impactful visuals, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Your contributions will strengthen internal communication, elevate employer branding, and enhance the company's presence across the APAC region.


Responsibilities

Content Creation and Visual Design

  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including posters, videos, infographics, white papers, and presentations.
  • Manage and maintain visual consistency across all content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with teams to produce content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.

External Sales and Partnership Events

  • Coordinate and execute external events, including sales partnership meetings, client networking sessions, and industry conferences.
  • Design and prepare marketing materials such as event posters, invitations, brochures, and presentation decks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with business objectives.

Internal Employee Engagement and Communication

  • Collaborate with Office Management team organize and execute employee engagement events such as team-building activities, celebrations and cultural initiatives.
  • Design office decorations for events, milestones, and seasonal themes to create a positive and inspiring workplace environment.
  • Develop internal newsletters to keep employees informed of company updates, events, and achievements.
  • Support HR team with recognition programs, employee success stories, and other initiatives that enhance team morale and cohesion.
  • Manage internal communication channels to share key updates, announcements, and initiatives with employees.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content to foster better communication and collaboration across teams.

Employer Branding

  • Support employer branding efforts by creating campaigns that showcase the company's culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition team in promoting the company through social media, career fairs, and recruitment events.
  • Develop creative assets and content that highlight the company as an employer of choice.

General Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns and events, providing insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the marketing calendar and ensuring timely execution of all projects and campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or content creation, preferably in the tech or B2B industry.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing videos, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative thinker with an eye for detail and a flair for creating engaging content.
