As Vice President of the Low-Code Automation Practice, you will be responsible for leading, growing, and scaling the organizations low-code development and automation capabilities. You will define and execute strategies to deliver innovative, business-critical automation solutions that drive efficiency, agility, and digital transformation for clients. The role requires a visionary leader who can build strong partnerships with stakeholders, foster technical excellence, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Define and implement the vision and roadmap for the Low-Code Automation Practice aligned with organizational goals.
    • Drive the adoption of low-code platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, or Power Platform to accelerate business transformation for clients.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand the practices market presence and revenue streams.
  2. Client Engagement:

    • Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze business requirements and translate them into impactful low-code automation solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with CXOs and other key decision-makers to promote low-code automation solutions as a driver of operational excellence.
    • Serve as a thought leader, presenting on trends, opportunities, and best practices in low-code and automation technologies.
  3. Practice Development:

    • Establish a high-performing team of architects, developers, and consultants by recruiting, mentoring, and developing talent.
    • Define delivery frameworks, standards, and best practices to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
    • Drive continuous innovation by staying updated with the latest advancements in low-code platforms, automation, and AI/ML technologies.
  4. Delivery Excellence:

    • Oversee the successful delivery of low-code projects, ensuring they meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
    • Implement robust processes for project management, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance, efficiency gains, and business impact.
  5. Revenue and Growth:

    • Own the P&L of the Low-Code Automation Practice, achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, upsell/cross-sell existing clients, and expand the client base.
    • Partner with the sales and presales teams to craft proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT services, including 5+ years leading low-code automation practices or similar business units.
  • Proven experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform) and RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
  • Strong expertise in digital transformation, process automation, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue, profitability, and practice growth targets.
  • Experience working with diverse industries such as BFSI, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing is a plus.
