OutSystems Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced OutSystems Team Lead to join our team and drive the development and delivery of robust, scalable applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in OutSystems, proven leadership skills, and experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of OutSystems developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote Agile principles within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new technologies or practices as needed.

Requirements:
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development.
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Agile frameworks.
- Aviation industry experience is a plus.
