We are seeking a hands-on HCM Product Manager to join our team in driving our HR digital transformation journey. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the roadmap for HCM modules, ensuring alignment with our broader organizational transformation goals. Your responsibilities include modernising our HCM landscape, enhancing user experience, and leveraging technologies to automate and improve HR processes. Working collaboratively, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the HR system.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HCM modules.
- Lead the evolution of HCM product, whether cloud-based or on-premise, to meet changing business needs and technological advancements
- Gather and priorities product requirements from various business stakeholders
- Conduct regular market research on the responsible HCM modules to identify potential areas for improvements and innovation
- Execute hands-on system configuration when required, including developing proof-of-concept (POC) to validate new features
- Collaborate with development teams/external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of new features and enhancements.
- Review and approve system designs, configurations, and customizations,
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance of deliverables
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, including both cloud-based and on-premise solutions
- High Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system functionality
- Experience in full-cycle HCM implementation projects
- Proficiency in configuring HCM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in major HCM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
- Demonstrated experience applying product management principles in a software or enterprise system context will be an advantage Technical Knowledge
- Configuration and customization of HCM Solution
- System testing and quality assurance processes
- Good knowledge of best practices of HR solutions
