We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Presales Consultant to join our growing BPS team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical and business expertise during the sales cycle. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of BPS service offerings, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for developing innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyze client processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the value of our BPS solutions.
  • Create detailed solution designs, including process maps, technology architectures, and implementation plans.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries, providing clear and concise information about our services and capabilities.
  • Conduct workshops and discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and build consensus around proposed solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, technology) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and deliverable.
  • Develop cost estimates and pricing models for proposed solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the BPS space.
  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, and white papers.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by providing technical expertise and addressing client concerns.
  • Provide feedback to product development and service delivery teams based on client interactions and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in presales, consulting, or a related role within the BPS industry.
  • Strong understanding of BPS service offerings, including Customer Service (voice & digital), Finance & Accounting (F&A), Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO), and Revenue Operations.
  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, including AI, automation, analytics, cloud computing, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise business language.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience responding to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific BPS platforms or technologies.
  • Industry certifications related to BPS or relevant technologies.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
