Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
- Manage and maintain the integrated project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action items.
- Track delivery progress against project scope, sprint commitments, release plans, and timelines.
- Coordinate release planning, deployment, operational readiness, cutover activities, post-production stabilization, and project handover.
Agile Delivery & Team Coordination
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate collaboration across product, engineering, design, operations, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
Stakeholder, Vendor & Governance Management
- Manage vendor deliverables, project milestones, contract performance, and payment schedules.
- Prepare project status reports, governance papers, steering committee updates, and executive presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, decision logs, risk registers, and action trackers while ensuring timely issue escalation.
Testing, Release & Cybersecurity Coordination
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and security assessments.
- Track defects, remediation activities, testing progress, and release readiness.
- Support cybersecurity compliance, risk assessments, approvals, and governance activities.
Budget & Post-Launch Support
- Monitor project budgets, procurement activities, contracts, invoices, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate user communications, change management, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Support post-launch operations, defect management, stabilization activities, and transition to business support teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or supporting the delivery of digital products or enterprise systems from planning through implementation and post-launch support.
- Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies and cross-functional team coordination.
- Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, vendors, procurement activities, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with experience preparing project reports, governance papers, and meeting minutes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Product Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, PRINCE2, or CBAP are advantageous.
- Experience using project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
- Experience delivering digital transformation or government technology projects is a plus.
