G58 - Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Consultant – Full Stack Engineer to design, build, integrate, test, and maintain complex digital solutions in a fast-paced engineering environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering enterprise engineering products, shaping technical architecture, and contributing hands-on across the full software development lifecycle.

This role requires a strong engineering foundation, experience in modern web and application stacks, and the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems. The candidate should also be comfortable working in Agile teams, leveraging cloud and DevOps practices, and exploring emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to deliver business value and improve service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Software Engineering & Delivery

• Design, build, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain complex software components and full stack applications.
• Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design through implementation, testing, and support.

Solution Design & Architecture

• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference implementations to demonstrate technology opportunities and feasibility.
• Design system architectures and recommend suitable technical solutions for complex business and engineering needs.
• Contribute to technical specifications, detailed solution design, and implementation planning.

Agile, DevOps & Engineering Practices

• Apply design thinking and customer-centric approaches to solution development.
• Adopt Agile software development practices to manage priorities, deliver iterative value, and ensure solution quality.
• Work within DevOps and cloud-enabled delivery environments, supporting CI/CD, automation, and engineering best practices.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Harness emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to create business value and enhance user and service experience.
• Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve engineering outcomes, productivity, and solution capabilities.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with UX designers, developers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise engineering products.
• Collaborate effectively in an exciting and fast-paced environment, balancing delivery priorities and technical excellence.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Consultancy

• Provide technical consultancy and subject matter expertise throughout the systems development process.
• Support the team in defining technical approaches, reviewing implementation quality, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Guide solution configuration, validation, and testing to ensure readiness for deployment and ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7 Plus years' experience in full stack application development and enterprise solution delivery.
• Good knowledge of Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern web and application technologies such as:
• Nuxt
• Node.js
• Angular
• React.js
• Go
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.

• Experience in public sector, government, or large enterprise digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI-enabled applications, automation, or intelligent service delivery solutions.
• Familiarity with secure engineering, scalable architectures, and modern engineering governance practices.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with solution design and technical leadership.
