M05 - Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for strategic digital initiatives within the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in modern product development, with expertise in low-code platforms (e.g., Pega), strong leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive stakeholder alignment to deliver impactful, user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and agency goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, business, policy, operations) to deliver high-quality digital products through iterative, agile development cycles.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business priorities, capture requirements, and translate them into clear product roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
• Drive feature prioritization based on business value, regulatory considerations, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and design thinking, through development, launch, scaling, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for modern product development practices, including Agile, cloud-native architectures, and user-centric design approaches.
• Leverage low-code platforms and Pega product capabilities to accelerate development, streamline workflows, and enable rapid solution delivery.
• Establish clear KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics to track product success and inform future decisions.
• Act as the primary product evangelist, communicating the product vision effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring junior product team members and fostering a collaborative, outcome-driven culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful digital products or platforms.
• Familiarity with Low-Code Platforms and Pega product development (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of modern product development methodologies including Agile, Design Thinking, Product-Centric Development, and Cloud environments.
• Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and roadmap planning, including launch strategies, scaling, and continuous iteration.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
• Experience collaborating with agencies, regulatory bodies, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to both senior stakeholders and development teams.
• Professional certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, Product School) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
