We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead strategic digital product initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in product strategy, discovery, and development, is skilled in Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and is comfortable working directly with business stakeholders to shape and deliver impactful products. A background or some experience in project management is also advantageous for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.
  • Lead product discovery activities, including problem framing, stakeholder interviews, user research, and ideation workshops, to inform product direction.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development, from conceptualization and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Drive the adoption of modern product development practices such as Agile and Design Thinking across product teams.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, end-users, technical teams, and external partners to shape product requirements and ensure delivery of business value.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, balancing strategic objectives with operational delivery timelines.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain alignment and momentum within Agile teams.
  • Leverage data and user feedback to validate hypotheses, inform decisions, and refine products iteratively.
  • Contribute to project planning and coordination, ensuring alignment between product goals and project delivery milestones.
  • Act as a key bridge between business, technology, and operations, ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared ownership of outcomes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and translate them into actionable plans and roadmaps.
  • Strong experience leading product discovery activities such as stakeholder engagement, user research, and ideation workshops.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking frameworks.
  • Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, to shape product direction and priorities.
  • Some experience in project management, including planning, coordination, and delivery oversight.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on creating user and business value.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum, AIPMM, Pragmatic) are advantageous.
