About the job M11 - Product Manager

Key responsibilities

  • Discovery & requirements - Lead workshops; document current/target processes; write epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria; define KPIs (e.g., data accuracy, workflow efficiency).
  • Backlog & delivery - Maintain the product backlog; plan sprints; coordinate UAT; track phased delivery and benefits.
  • Process automation & integrations - Shape automation for invitations/RSVPs/reminders and integrate external inputs (e.g., partner agencies) into CRMS.
  • Vendor & platform management - Partner with the Salesforce SaaS vendor and internal tech teams on solution design, change requests, and release readiness.
  • Security & data governance - Work with ACISO/security to ensure privacy, access, backup, and compliance controls; contribute to security reviews.
  • Data quality & tooling - Support data hygiene/validation; explore tooling aligned to CRMS (e.g., Odaseva backup, AWS Textract for document processing).
  • Benefits measurement: Establish baselines (e.g., checks/man-hours today) and target improvements; report outcomes with evidence.

Qualifications & experience

  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager on CRM or citizen/customer engagement systems; Salesforce exposure strongly preferred.
  • Proven delivery across multi-phase projects; comfortable with sprint ceremonies and UAT leadership.
  • Public-sector familiarity (RFQ/Tender Boards, governance).
  • Excellent stakeholder management across diverse workstreams and partner agencies.
