M10 - Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical implementation for digital platforms and website enhancements. You will work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, improve user journeys, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.

Requirements & Solution Design

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand business objectives.
• Produce process flows, wireframes, and user journey documentation.
• Support solution design discussions with technical teams.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with digital service standards and quality expectations.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and business users.
• Support change management, documentation, and project governance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Experience as a Business Analyst in digital, web, or application development projects.
• Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Experience preparing user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
