Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic product development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability and stability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with architectural and engineering standards.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical guidance.
  • Act as a technical lead when required, driving technical decisions and ensuring alignment with engineering standards and business objectives.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in full-stack web application development.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Strong foundation in:

  • Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Object-Oriented Programming
  • Software Design Principles & Design Patterns

Hands-on experience with:

  • React
  • Node.js
  • PostgreSQL

Experience with:

  • CI/CD pipelines
  • Automated testing frameworks
  • DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
  • Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a collaborative environment.
