Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join a dynamic product development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while ensuring high standards of quality, performance, and user experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure software reliability and stability.
- Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with architectural and engineering standards.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and development practices.
- Mentor junior engineers through coaching, feedback, and technical guidance.
- Act as a technical lead when required, driving technical decisions and ensuring alignment with engineering standards and business objectives.
Requirements
Technical Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in full-stack web application development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Strong foundation in:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Object-Oriented Programming
- Software Design Principles & Design Patterns
Hands-on experience with:
- React
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
Experience with:
- CI/CD pipelines
- Automated testing frameworks
- DevOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in a collaborative environment.
