ART 1446 - Full Stack Developer

Project Overview

• You will be supporting HR-related projects and enhancements, contributing to the development and maintenance of scalable applications that support business-critical functions. 
• This role requires close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications to support HR systems and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system quality and stability.
• Support deployment activities and provide production support when required.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 7 years of hands-on software development experience using Java or Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in frontend development using TypeScript and React.
• Experience in backend or enterprise development using C#.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MSSQL.
• Exposure to full stack architecture and modern web application design.
