About the job Technology Partner Solution Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer envisioning workshops focused on Copilot, Azure AI, Data & Analytics, Fabric, SAP and Databricks on Azure, Data Warehouse Migration and more.
- Build proposals, demos, architecture and PoCs with internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with teams and business units to execute co-sell missions, activate partner programs and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Enable sales and delivery teams with updated Microsoft knowledge, training, and localization of materials
- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and sales enablement for key accounts.
- Develop and validate localized pre-sales materials, ensuring relevance to Japanese market and customer needs.
- Report business metrics and KPIs related to Microsoft partnership engagements to team lead.
- Provide technical training and competency development support to internal teams in collaboration with CTC (Competency & Training Center).
- Represent FPT at industry events, partner workshops, and joint marketing initiatives with Microsoft.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture. 4+ years in the ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365/Copilot, Data & AI, and cloud migration solutions.
- Experience running customer workshops and shaping large transformation deals.
- Strong communication skills in Japanese (native) and English (business).
- Understanding Microsoft partner programs, co-sell processes, and certifications is a plus.

- Azure Data Scientist Associate
- Other relevant cloud certifications (AWS, GCP) are a plus
