G06 - Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver co-development projects using the GDP squad-based model.
• Develop a detailed delivery plan covering infrastructure setup, testing, and readiness activities to ensure on-schedule completion.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and sprint reviews) to plan and prioritize use cases.
• Monitor delivery progress, track milestones, identify risks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and issues arising during POC implementation to maintain delivery momentum.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with AGC, ensuring successful validation and sign-off.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and provide progress updates to internal and external partners.

Requirements

• 3 - 7 years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing digital projects with co-development in a squad-based GDP model.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to facilitate agile ceremonies.
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and risk management.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure setup, user testing, and UAT activities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
