The Project/Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful day-to-day operation of the platform, while also contributing to platform stability and customers management. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in team management, operation process support, and a proven track record of contributions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

As a Project/Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with operation team to manage day to day operations and customers requests
  • Managing operation support team to ensure platform stability and efficiency
  • Working closely with the engineering team and stakeholders on maintenance and service quality and uptime.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to platform availability, and escalate issues as necessary
  • Driving continuous improvement in platform operation processes and methodologies, aligning with government standards and best practices
  • Reviewing and identifying area of automating mundane and repetitive operation processes together with operation support team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in operation support management, with a focus on software or technology products
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to managing service requests, ability to extract essence of conversations to identify action items and responsible parties.
  • Have a strong appreciation of resource planning and able to structure work and planning around constraints.
  • Have a keen sense of business and operations, to be customer centric and contribute actively to how the team shapes our quality of services
  • Strong understanding of the cloud industry particularly in AWS.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure to prioritize tasks and assignment effectively.
  • Experience in resource allocation for both human and material to tasks as needed.
  • Possess attention to detail, structure and practicality in planning, build strong rapport with stakeholders and peers
  • Familiarity with government procurement and project governance processes is a plus
