Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate Business Analyst to support Distribution Middle Office initiatives, including the implementation of Distribution Management Systems and digital touchpoints for Sales Advisors and Partners.

This role involves close collaboration with vendors, business units, and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration between Distribution Management Systems, Policy Administration Systems, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Work closely with business users to improve processes and align initiatives with business and project objectives.
  • Bridge communication gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and requirements, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.

Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with team leads and Project Managers to align technical and business directions.
  • Facilitiate workshops including requirements gathering, gap analysis, test planning, and deployment planning.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the Project/Delivery Manager.

Solution Delivery & Implementation

  • Work with vendors and development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support end-to-end system integration and deployment.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Develop test cases and obtain business approval for test plans.
  • Perform functional testing before release to users for UAT.
  • Work with test automation teams to validate results and coordinate fixes prior to production releases.
  • Change & Support Management
  • Support users with ad hoc or urgent change requests.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience in the insurance domain.
  • Experience supporting distribution channels, compensation structures, sales performance management (advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of database structures, data mapping, and transformation.
  • Proven track record in successful project implementation.
  • Experience delivering digital solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

  • LOMA or Diploma in Life Insurance
  • Business Analysis or Testing Certification
