Job Openings Technical Lead - AI Product

About the job Technical Lead - AI Product

You will oversee the development of AI-powered products, scalable infrastructure, and secure digital platforms that underpin our carbon intelligence solutions. This includes leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools to automate, enhance, and scale workflows related to project assessment, due diligence, risk analysis, and more.

Key Responsibilities

AI, LLMs & Automation

  • Design and lead the development of LLM-powered tools to automate project evaluation, documentation analysis, risk scoring, and user interaction.
  • Oversee integration of proprietary and open-source LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) into platform features (e.g., smart assistants, document summarization, compliance checking).
  • Build scalable AI infrastructure to support inference, training, prompt engineering and API integration.

Product & Platform Development

  • Architect scalable, secure backend systems to support carbon project onboarding, market access, and data tracking.
  • Manage development of APIs, data pipelines, and integrations with registries, satellite data, MRV tools, and climate datasets.
  • Ensure seamless user experiences across developer, buyer, and auditor interfaces.

Team Management & Delivery

  • Recruit, manage, and mentor top-tier engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps talent.
  • Deliver high-quality, on-time product releases across multiple agile teams.
  • Balance technical debt, security, and feature velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Security, Infrastructure & Compliance

  • Ensure best practices in cloud infrastructure, security, data privacy, and compliance
