Position Overview:

The Vice President, Business & Solutions (APAC) is a key regional leadership role responsible for driving strategic business growth, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding FPT Software's enterprise client portfolio.

This role combines business leadership, consultative solutioning, and partnership development to scale FPT Software's presence across APAC, with a strong focus on digital transformation, SAP, Cloud, and Application Services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Strategy

  • Define and execute the regional business strategy for enterprise clients across industries (Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, Energy, and Automotive).
  • Lead new logo acquisition, strategic account expansion, and multi-million-dollar deal pursuits.
  • Collaborate with global delivery and presales teams to align solutions with client transformation goals.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

2. Solutions & Advisory 

  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, guiding them on digital transformation, SAP modernization, and Cloud migration.
  • Lead solution development and deal shaping for large, complex transformation programs.
  • Drive innovation through FPTs portfolio of services RISE with SAP, AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Managed Services.

3. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Strengthen alliances with strategic partners such as SAP, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and other ISVs.
  • Develop joint go-to-market programs and co-sell initiatives with technology partners.
  • Represent FPT Software in industry events, forums, and executive summits across the region.

4. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a regional team of business development and solution consultants.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, delivery, presales, and marketing to drive business outcomes.
  • Build a culture of performance, innovation, and customer excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in IT Consulting / Enterprise Solutions / Digital Transformation, with regional exposure in APAC.
  • Proven success in driving multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and building strategic client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise technologies (SAP, Cloud, AI, Data, Application Services).
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead in a matrix, multicultural, and high-growth environment.
