G29 - Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions, including application and software architecture, leveraging AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Translate process flows and drafter use cases into technical specifications for system implementation.
• Identify suitable technology solutions, develop solution designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with quality standards, supporting both POC delivery and full-scale rollout.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and code reviews to agile development teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Participate in solution design reviews, fit-gap analysis, and architecture discussions to validate alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to refine technical requirements and deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React.js, Angular, Node.js, Java, .NET, or equivalent).
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and associated services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable and secure architectures, preferably in government or regulated environments.
• Solid experience in Agile delivery models, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical reviews.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
