M18 - Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage schedules, resources, risks, and delivery roadmaps for assigned IT projects, products, and platforms
• Manage and support IT projects and digital products related to Health Promotion Board digital services, Whole-of-Government (WOG) initiatives, and national-level initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and delivery
• Manage Agile project delivery, including planning, tracking, coordination, and reporting
• Oversee cloud-based systems, products, and platform implementations and support activities
• Manage contracts, project scope, delivery efforts, and enhancement reviews
• Support application operations, audit activities, and incident/problem management when required
• Perform additional duties and tasks assigned by CIOO

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 4 years of Project / Product / Platform Management experience within the last 7 years
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Agile methodologies, tools, and delivery practices
• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing and supporting systems in cloud environments
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing contracts and reviewing project delivery efforts
• Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Government projects, products, or platforms
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Experience in application operations support, audit fieldwork, and incident/problem management is advantageous
• Knowledge of Singapore Government security guidelines (e.g. Instruction Manual) is an advantage
• Exposure to AI adoption/usage and mobile/API development is advantageous
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus
