Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Product Manager with strong Product Design and UX capabilities to support the implementation and adoption. This role combines product design, user research, stakeholder management, training, procurement coordination, and operational within a high-impact environment.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, leadership stakeholders, and platform vendors to improve incident response workflows, drive platform adoption, and support compliance with government security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Product Design & User Research

  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR) through user-centric product enhancements.
  • Translate user feedback and operational requirements into wireframes, UX improvements, and functional product requirements optimized for high-pressure environments.

Framework Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Undergo training to become proficient in GovTech's Incident Management Assessment Guide (IMAG) framework.
  • Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer workshops for Singpass users and future onboarded teams.
  • Develop training materials and simplify technical concepts into practical operational guidance.

Procurement, Finance & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners to support procurement activities related to enterprise platform licenses and productivity tools.
  • Coordinate with platform vendors to track deliverables, feature requests, support cases, and security vulnerability remediation.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely issue resolution.

Stakeholder & Compliance Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between users, leadership stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to align product priorities and roadmap delivery.
  • Support backlog prioritization and product planning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to GCC+ and GDC security and compliance standards throughout the pilot lifecycle.
  • Support governance, reporting, and operational readiness activities.

Requirements

  • Degree in Product Design, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Strong experience in Product Management, UX/Product Design, or Digital Product Delivery.
  • Experience conducting user research, workflow analysis, and translating feedback into functional product improvements.
  • Familiarity with government procurement, vendor management, or operational governance processes is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Incident Management, Observability platforms, or operational support environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly requirements.
  • Experience conducting training, workshops, or enablement sessions is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-impact environments.
