ART 1352 - Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team for the Legal and Compliance (LCD) Application project. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain both frontend and backend components of applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide production support, ensuring system stability and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to improve system performance and maintainability.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in system development.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Java/Kotlin.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to design, implement solution, and perform code review independently.
• Able to provide production support independently.
• Agile, fast learner and able to adapt to changes.
