About the job M04 - Senior UX Designer
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer / UX Lead who combines a deep understanding of human behaviour, cognitive psychology, and design thinking to craft exceptional user experiences. You will play a pivotal role in planning, designing, and executing UX strategies that transform complex challenges into intuitive and engaging digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct user research including interviews, surveys, workshops, usability testing, and A/B testing.

Analyse research findings to translate user insights and behavioural data into actionable design opportunities.

Apply knowledge of cognitive biases, decision-making processes, and human psychology to inform design strategies.

Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) using tools such as Figma.

Test and iterate design concepts with users to refine experiences and ensure alignment with user mental models.

Deliver design solutions that are elegant, intuitive, and aligned with both user needs and business goals.

Drive iterative design improvements based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and performance metrics.

Champion human-centred design principles and behavioural insights to optimise user journeys and interfaces.

Partner closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible, effective, and aligned with business strategy.

Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle through evidence-based recommendations.
- Recommend and implement UX tools and methodologies that enhance design quality, collaboration, and efficiency.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and systems within the organisation.
Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of professional UX design experience.

Demonstrated expertise in user behaviour, cognitive principles, and interaction design.

Proven ability to apply behavioural insights to create digital experiences that drive user engagement and business results.

Strong proficiency with UX tools including Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, UserTesting, Hotjar, or similar.

Hands-on experience in research, prototyping, usability testing, A/B testing, design thinking, service design, and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
