The Sales Operations Support role provides administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure efficient deal execution and revenue processing. This position plays a key role in quotation management, pricing coordination, and cross-functional communication to facilitate timely order closure.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate, and manage accurate sales quotations in accordance with company pricing policies and commercial guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain pricing approvals, including special discounts, deal registrations, and exception requests.
  • Liaise with finance, product, and management teams to ensure compliance with pricing structures and margin requirements.
  • Support the sales team in contract documentation, order processing, and system updates.
  • Track quotation status and follow up on pending approvals to ensure timely submission to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing approvals, customer agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Assist in sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and performance data consolidation.
  • Provide support for sales programs, and partner engagement.
