Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Delivery
- Work with the GI Delivery Manager to design and implement applications supporting business requirements.
- Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to support system integration.
Operations & Support
- Provide L2/L3 support for day-to-day operations including incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
- Ensure incidents and problems are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Process & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to SDLC practices (Waterfall & Agile), coding standards, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Frontend: ReactJS
- Backend: Spring Boot / Java
- Web services & API integration
- Databases: Oracle DB, MS SQL Server
- Cloud: AWS (preferred)
- Linux/Unix (advatangeous)
Professional Skills
Education & Experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
- Insurance domain knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience working with vendors is a plus.
- Certifications (Advantageous)
- Certified Java Developer
- Cloud certifications (AWS or equivalent)
