Key Responsibilities

Application Development & Delivery

  • Work with the GI Delivery Manager to design and implement applications supporting business requirements.
  • Develop scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to support system integration.

Operations & Support

  • Provide L2/L3 support for day-to-day operations including incidents, service requests, and problem resolution.
  • Ensure incidents and problems are resolved within defined SLAs.
  • Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Process & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC practices (Waterfall & Agile), coding standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Frontend: ReactJS
  • Backend: Spring Boot / Java
  • Web services & API integration
  • Databases: Oracle DB, MS SQL Server
  • Cloud: AWS (preferred)
  • Linux/Unix (advatangeous)

Professional Skills

Education & Experience

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Education & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Insurance domain knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience working with vendors is a plus.
  • Certifications (Advantageous)
  • Certified Java Developer
  • Cloud certifications (AWS or equivalent)
