Business Analyst

Role Overview

• The Senior Business Analyst (Onsite) acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, responsible for driving requirement clarity, scope alignment, and decision-making in a large-scale data platform / BI migration project.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders (Business, IT, Risk, Compliance).
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and drive sign-off.
• Lead requirement elicitation and documentation (BRD, FRD/SRS).
• Analyze SAS scripts, OBIEE reports, and data flows.
• Define KPIs, business rules, and reporting requirements.
• Perform scope control and CR impact analysis.
• Support SIT/UAT and ensure reconciliation and validation.

Mandatory Responsibilities

• 7+ years experience in Data / BI / Banking projects.
• Experience with SAS / OBIEE / BI tools.
• Strong understanding of ETL and data warehouse.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in regulated environments.

Preferred Skills

• AWS experience (S3, Athena, Redshift, QuickSight).
• Migration project exposure.
• SQL proficiency.
• Regulatory reporting knowledge.
