G30 - Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand business needs, analyse requirements, and translate them into clear and actionable functional specifications. This role serves as the bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring solutions are aligned with operational objectives and user needs while supporting successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage business users and stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and discussions.
• Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and visualise business processes, user journeys, and proposed solutions to help stakeholders refine and validate requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and service delivery.
• Support requirement prioritisation, impact assessment, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate delivered solutions with business users, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure implemented functionalities meet agreed business requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, provide regular progress updates, and facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience across the product delivery lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, solutioning, stakeholder management, and delivery.
• Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and documentation skills.
• Strong systems thinking and feature analysis.
• Experience collaborating with UX designers and software engineers to translate business needs into solutions.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and bridge business and technical teams.
• Background or experience in UX or Human-Centred Design (HCD).
