SL2666 - Scrum Master

Responsibilities

Agile Delivery

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads, ensuring effective adoption and execution of Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Drive Agile maturity across squads through continuous coaching, assessments, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, and bottlenecks that impact team productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.

Timeline Management & Coordination

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and technology initiatives from inception through implementation.
• Partner with Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering, Testing, Operations, and external vendors to coordinate successful delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and release schedules.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery challenges to ensure timely and successful execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex business and technology initiatives.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects and initiatives from planning through successful implementation.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, and delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
