An established and growing ABA organization is opening a brand-new therapy center in Layton, Utah and seeking a Center Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the launch. About the Role

The Center Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical service delivery, mentoring a team of BCBAs and RBTs, and working closely with the Clinic Manager and State Clinical Director to ensure operational excellence and high-quality ABA therapy. As this is a new center, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone, developing processes, and building a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and service delivery to ensure clinical fidelity.
  • Lead case reviews, team meetings, and provide guidance on complex cases.
  • Maintain a small caseload and fulfill core BCBA duties.
  • Support onboarding and training for new staff as the center grows.

Parent Communication & Satisfaction

  • Partner with families to align on goals and progress.
  • Facilitate parent training sessions to support consistency across settings.
  • Address escalated concerns and ensure high levels of family satisfaction.

Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Clinic Manager on scheduling, staffing, and daily operations.
  • Liaise with schools, healthcare providers, and external stakeholders for integrated care.
  • Partner with the Quality Assurance team to maintain clinical standards.
  • Contribute to leadership meetings and company-wide initiatives.

What Were Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification required; LBA in Utah (or eligibility).
  • Minimum 1 year as a practicing BCBA (3+ years preferred).
  • Leadership experience in center-based ABA therapy strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CentralReach and Microsoft Office tools.
