- - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- - Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- - Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience in working with startups or rapidly growing organizations.
- Familiarity with franchise management and retail HR operations.
- Ability to build a strong employer brand and foster community engagement.
