Key Skills and Qualifications

  2. - Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, preferably in retail, FMCG, or    franchise operations.
  3. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  4. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. - Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
  6. - Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Preferred Qualities
- Experience in working with startups or rapidly growing organizations.

- Familiarity with franchise management and retail HR operations.

- Ability to build a strong employer brand and foster community engagement.
