Job Description
Salary: Rs. 4,10,000 - 7,80,000 per year
PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch office.
- Overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff; developing and implementing policies and procedures; and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to meet the staffing needs of the firm's clients.
- Identifying new opportunities for growth, developing and nurturing relationships with clients, and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts.
- Managing the branch office budget, monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics, and developing and forecasting staffing projections.
- The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the overall office management, with overall talent management, office operations, higher level office productivity and culture management process.
- Work effectively under pressure and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
- Develop and execute plans to achieve branch profitability and growth targets.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to maintain high levels of performance and maximize productivity.
- Analyze business data and financial reports to track branch performance and profitability.
- Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed.
- Focus on overall business and revenue growth from office.
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in overall office management, with overall talent management, office operations, higher level office productivity and culture management process.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
