We are seeking the expertise of an Account Management Director to manage client accounts.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Sells company products and services to potential /existing PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  2. Prospects and identifies new leads and opportunities with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  3. Provides client service to existing customers.
  4. Manage all aspects of customer relationships between the company & PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  5. Assist accounts to properly select the best solution for their needs through gaining a clear understanding of their business requirements.
  6. Prepare client offers, professional presentations and demonstrate excellent closing skills.
  7. Establish and maintain good business relationships with PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies to encourage repeat and referral business.
  8. Identify trends in the market.
  9. Monitor and provide regular feedback about competitor activities & prices, market trends and lost sales within PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies.
  10. Ensure the usage and update of CRM customer data and quotations.
  11. Build and maintain customer relationships through effective database management & resolve their problems.
  12. Generate reports on the accounts status & updates. o Increasing the customers lifetime value for the PIF & PIF Portfolio of companies

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. 12 yrs + experience
  2. Saudi National
  3. Managerial experience
  4. With experience in sales, account management of managing huge governmental and private accounts.
  5. Preferably from outsourcing industry
