Key Skills and Qualifications- 

Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 

  1. Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, preferably in retail, FMCG, or franchise operations.
  2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
