Job Overview

Fox Point Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department, manage day-to-day HR operations, and align HR strategies with organizational goals in an organization. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and implementing policies that foster a positive work culture

Key Skills and Qualifications- 

Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 

1. Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, preferably in retail, FMCG, or franchise operations.
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in HR software and tools.
