Job Title: Partnership Tax Senior Associate

Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days/week in-office)

Compensation: $101,000 – $112,000 / year

Type: Full-Time (Backfill)

The Role

Join our Client's Partnership Business team as a Tax Senior Associate, where you will lead the compliance for complex tax returns and provide sophisticated consulting services. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S-corporations. From day one, you'll be empowered with the latest tax technology and a collaborative team environment to deliver high-value solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Plan and execute tax projects across diverse industries; provide innovative tax planning and compliance expertise while managing engagements to budget.
  • Complex Compliance: Research and consult on various tax matters, utilizing advanced software to process returns and respond to inquiries from the IRS and other authorities.
  • Client Advisory: Serve as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and private companies, maintaining active communication to manage expectations and deadlines.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor staff on tax projects, providing critical performance feedback and coaching to the next generation of tax professionals.
  • Strategic Implementation: Identify tax-saving opportunities and work alongside technical specialists to resolve complex issues involving US GAAP and multi-entity structures.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Must meet the 150-hour requirement to sit for the CPA exam).
  • Experience: 2–6 years of progressive tax experience in Public Accounting (or a blend of public and industry).
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in US GAAP and tax compliance for Partnerships, S-Corps, Individuals, and Trusts.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel as needed to meet client and project demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA License: Highly preferred.
  • HNW Experience: Proven track record working with high-net-worth individuals, owners of closely held businesses, and private family offices.
  • Strategy: Demonstrated success in the implementation of complex tax strategies.
