Reliability Manager

Compensation

Salary: ¥250,000.00 - ¥500,000.00

13-month as base, target 1 month as bonus

Responsibilities:

1. Assure safety awareness for the workforce, manage safe work performance, assure adherence to safety regulations and assist the production team in area safety analysis and investigations.
2. Train, mentor, coach, and council reliability/maintenance team members, and lead the overall reliability effort, implementing and managing with tools of Up Time Elements
3. Work toward implementing and sustaining best practices in jobsite orderliness and maintenance areas housekeeping with the machine ownership concept.
4. Analyze costs of reliabilty/maintenance activities in the plant and continuously look for opportunities to improve the flexibility and value provided by team's activities.
5. Participate of the daily production meeting, drive and supporting the key issues for safety, quality, reliability and availability machine related the equipment.
6. Drive continuous improvement of equipment reliability by focusing on reducing Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) or based on maintenance and reliability best practice. Ensure compliance of Preventive Maintenance program aligned with the production control.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field .
2. 7 to 10 years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering, 5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Experienced in equipment design, project engineering and/or project management and using computerized maintenance management programs (example - SAP-PM)
4. Fundamental understanding of industrial equipment and knowledge of maintenance best practices, predictive maintenance concepts, and planning/scheduling functionality
5. Leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
6. Problem solving skills and mentality and courageous and willing to make decisions.
