Job Description
Our client, a rapidly growing regional Creditors Rights law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from inception through post-judgment remedies. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality legal representation, treat all clients with fairness and respect, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates exceptional legal research, writing and oral communication skills.
- Handles high volume caseload and provides expert analysis and advice on legal and regulatory risks.
- Negotiates with opposing counsel to achieve final resolution of cases.
- Willing to travel to various courts within the state of PA, if needed, as legal representation in various legal proceeds and to attend court hearings.
- Works with the Managing Attorney to report all activity and results.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in bankruptcy/collection or civil law litigation, attending court proceedings and associated regulations.
- J.D. from an accredited law school with an Active license to practice law in PA. A license to practice law in other states in our footprint (GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH) or UBE passage is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skilled in the ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding Time Management skills
Must-haves
