Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Finance Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Summary
This position will play a key role in ensuring that accounting transactions are properly evaluated and recorded. The individual will need to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across all levels of the organization. They will take ownership of their responsibilities, driving projects to completion and ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
• Contribute to strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior leadership
• Support project analysis, validation of plans, and handle ad-hoc requests
• Manage the financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory standards
• Assist with additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA is a plus
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis; general ledger (GL) accounting experience is required
• Ability to transform large amounts of complex data into actionable insights
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior business leaders
• Excellent business judgment, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Experience with financial reporting and data mining tools, such as PowerBI
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements; IFRS experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
