Four Squared Solutions is seeking a travel reservation specialist for an opportunity with a client located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is a hybrid role.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team of travel reservations specialists. This position is cultivating new business relationships, while strengthening already existing partnerships. travel reservations specialists handle inbound new and existing reservation calls from our Travel Partners and Guests. This team is helping our Travel Partners and Guests with their upcoming cruise experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide valuable information and make appropriate suggestions to Travel Advisors and Guests regarding cruise destinations, itineraries, and ancillary products.
• Use sales techniques and product knowledge to increase booking revenue and provide complete customer satisfaction
• Provide consistent consultative telephone and email support to Travel Advisors and guests in a positive, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
• Follow up in a timely manner using phone and email to ensure all outstanding tasks and commitments are brought to full completion.
• Constant follow up of all available new sales leads and previous customers to generate new business.
• Ability to independently research information.
• Assist with projects as requested by manager and/or supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Must be customer service-oriented and have excellent sales skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
• Able to work positively, cooperatively, and respectfully in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial business environment
• Cruise Line Reservation experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• reservations system as a user (preferred)
• Proficient in verbal/written English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
