Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SMM strategy to increase brand awareness and attract target audience.
- Maintain and optimize the company's accounts in social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Creating and publishing content (texts, photos, videos) in accordance with the company's brandbook and marketing strategy.
- Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of SMM-campaigns, preparing reports and suggestions for improvement.
- Interaction with subscribers, moderation of comments and messages, prompt response to user requests.
- Collaboration with Influencers and partners for joint campaigns and events.
- Implementation of targeted advertising in social networks.
- Tracking trends and new tools in SMM, implementation of best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in the field of SMM from 3 years.
- Ability to develop and implement effective SMM-strategies.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of various social platforms and their tools.
- Excellent communication skills, literacy, creativity.
- Skills in working with graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing programs.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with metrics and KPIs.
- Initiative, proactivity, responsibility.
