We are hiring a Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with global objectives while ensuring local market relevance. In this role, you will drive brand growth, oversee marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand positioning and market share. Responsibilities:

Strategic Brand Management
  • Develop and execute BTL (Below-the-Line) and ATL (Above-the-Line) marketing strategies in collaboration with agencies and local/global stakeholders.
  • Implement brand-building initiatives to drive market penetration and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication touch points.
Marketing Campaign & Calendar Management
  • Develop and manage an annual marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and key initiatives.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies to oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize marketing strategies.

Brand Growth & Performance Tracking

  • Drive brand growth through innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Ghanaian market.
  • Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs, market data, and consumer insights to refine future initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics to assess brand performance and identify areas for improvement.

Operational & Administrative Excellence

  • Handle operational tasks such as raising purchase orders (POs), maintaining budget trackers, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage marketing expenses and budget allocations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and global brand teams to align strategies and deliver impactful brand campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of BTL and ATL marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
