Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Robotic Pre-sales Engineer to join our team in Detroit, Michigan. As a Robotic Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales team in order to secure new business and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs and requirements

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to clients on the most suitable robotic solutions for their business needs

- Create and deliver technical proposals and quotes for potential clients

- Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost estimates for potential projects

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic technology

- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote Forestown's robotic solutions

- Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for product improvements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, preferably in the robotics industry

- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of robotics systems and applications

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
