The Role

The Sales Account Manager – Club Segment will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Saudi Arabia by developing and managing relationships with fitness clubs, health centres, and commercial wellness facilities. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that align with client needs and project requirements.

The position will play a critical role in expanding market presence, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to contract closure and after-sales engagement. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders, including marketing, project management, and technical teams, will be essential to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the club and fitness segment across Saudi Arabia
  • Identify, engage, and secure new commercial clients and projects
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
  • Prepare commercial proposals and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Represent the brand at industry events and client meetings

Candidate Profile (FIT & GYM ADDICT)

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales within the fitness, wellness, hospitality, or commercial equipment sectors. A strong track record in managing key accounts, developing new business, and closing complex deals is essential.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Experience working within the Saudi Arabian market or wider GCC region is highly preferred, along with a solid understanding of local business culture and procurement processes.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are critical. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is an advantage.
