The Role
The Vice President of Human Capital & Culture will define and lead the group-wide people strategy, covering talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design. This role will act as a strategic partner to the board and executive leadership on people-related matters. A key focus will be building leadership pipelines and succession plans across business units. The VP will oversee HR governance, policy standardisation, and labour compliance across geographies. The role will also drive culture initiatives aligned with the groups values and growth objectives. This position will lead senior HR leaders and influence enterprise-wide transformation.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior HR leadership experience within large, multi-business organizations. Strong exposure to talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation is essential. Experience operating in the UAE and managing diverse workforces is highly preferred. The ideal profile combines strategic HR capability with operational credibility. Deep understanding of labour laws, governance, and executive advisory is required. The candidate must demonstrate gravitas, discretion, and strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working closely with boards or family shareholders is an advantage.
