 Job Description:

Foreground is working with a global luxury retail brand in Qatar to appoint a Marketing Manager who will oversee brand strategy, market positioning, and consumer engagement across the region. The role requires creativity, commercial insight, and the ability to lead integrated campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Manage advertising, PR, digital campaigns, and in-store promotions.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and trends.
  • Build partnerships with agencies and media networks for maximum impact.
  • Monitor marketing ROI and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience in retail, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Excellent leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
