Our client is a healthcare services provider integrating technology-enabled care models across the UAE. The organisation is expanding digital health and outpatient service offerings.

The Role

The General Manager will oversee operations, growth, and service quality across digital health platforms and clinics. This role will manage clinical and operational teams while ensuring regulatory compliance. A key focus will be scaling services, improving patient experience, and driving operational efficiency. The GM will work closely with technology, medical leadership, and regulators. This role will also support partnerships and service innovation. The position carries P&L accountability.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior management experience within healthcare services or health-tech environments. Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations is essential. The candidate must demonstrate operational leadership and service quality focus. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams is required. A blend of healthcare and commercial understanding is critical.
