Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they achieve their business goals using the company's platform.
- Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of the product to provide insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure account renewals and upsells.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams, informing them about customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the tech or retail sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
