Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they achieve their business goals using the company's platform.
  • Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of the product to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure account renewals and upsells.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams, informing them about customer needs, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the tech or retail sectors.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify customer needs and challenges.
