Commercial Manager
Job Description:
We are partnering with a reputable Facility Management company in KSA, they are committed to providing exceptional Hard and Soft services to their esteemed clients across the kingdom.
Currently, they are looking for a proficient Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand market share.
Responsibilities:
1- Revenue Growth and Profitability:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability in the catering and facilities management sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for expansion, both domestically and internationally.
2- Market Expansion and Client Relationship:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
3- Bidding and Financial Acumen:
- Lead the bidding process, ensuring competitive and profitable bid submissions.
- Utilize expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform bid decisions and drive successful outcomes.
4- Operational Excellence and Compliance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
5- Team Leadership and Development:
- Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ Years of Commercial Experience in Facility Management and Catering Industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the same industry.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic is a Plus.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
- Strategic acumen to provide insights on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in Public and Private sector bids, and proven contribution to bid-no-bid decisions.
