Commercial Manager

 Job Description:

We are partnering with a reputable Facility Management company in KSA, they are committed to providing exceptional Hard and Soft services to their esteemed clients across the kingdom.

Currently, they are looking for a proficient Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and expand market share. 

Responsibilities:

1- Revenue Growth and Profitability:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability in the catering and facilities management sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets for expansion, both domestically and internationally.

2- Market Expansion and Client Relationship:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.

3-  Bidding and Financial Acumen:

  • Lead the bidding process, ensuring competitive and profitable bid submissions.
  • Utilize expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform bid decisions and drive successful outcomes.

4- Operational Excellence and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

5- Team Leadership and Development:

  • Develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of Commercial Experience in Facility Management and Catering Industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the same industry.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English,  Arabic is a Plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
  • Strategic acumen to provide insights on financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in Public and Private sector bids, and proven contribution to bid-no-bid decisions.
